SOCIETY

3. The objects for which the society is
established are :
a)
To
keep close relation among the members of the Association for their welfare.
b)
To
take up and handle the problems of the members to try to solve such problems
through discussion.
c)
To
establish good relation between the members of the society.
d)
To
help the needy members in case of sickness, accidents and death of such
members.
e)
To
help the needy students of all communities for the prosecution of studies.
f)
To
organize self – help group based programme for augmentation of livelihood opportunities
of the people at grass root level;
g)
To
arrange and organize tour programmes, Picnic etc. from Time to Time for
recreation of the members of the Association,
h)
To
arrange and organize conference, meeting etc from time to time for discussion
of various problems of the members of the Association,
i)
To
help the people in marriage, funeral and cremation of the dead.
j)
To
help the aged, sick, helpless and indigent persons.
k)
Relief
times of famine, flood, draught, earthquake.
l)
To
uplift street children in the aspect of education, social culture and moral
development.
m)
To
start free ambulance services to help the people in need.
n)
To
arrange health awareness camp.
o)
To
arrange blood donation camp, general health check up camp, child health check
up camp etc with the help of qualified doctors.
p)
To
arrange cloth distribution to poor people.
q)
To
arrange and organize lecture, debates, exercise etc for diffusion of knowledge.
r)
To
arrange durga puja, harinam-sankirtan, nabanna utsav and any other festivals
for public enjoy.
s)
To
arrange village drain, village roads cleaning by the help of the members
without any cost of labour.
t)
To
take agency, distributorship, in any form from any public, privet and Govt.
undertaking institution for promoting their business for benefit of the people
on commission and or incentive basis.
u)
To
construct, maintain improve develop and alter any building, house or other
works necessary for the use of the society.
v)
To
accept/collect any type of donation/grant/subsidy from public, Government or
any other organization for fulfill of above mentioned objects of the society.
To collect any type of subscription for the purpose of the society.
w)
To
do all such things as may be deemed incidental or conductive to the attainment
of the foregoing object.
The object shall always remain restricted
within the scope of section 4(2) of the W.B.S.R. Act. 1961 irrespective of any
objects mentioned in the present document in agreement or opposed to the said
section
I)
The
above objects will be done as per prevailing law of the country
II)
The
income and properties of the Association howsoever derived or obtained shall be
applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Society and no
portion thereof shall be paid to or divided amongst any of its members be way
of profits.
